Clare Sines
Managing Director
I am a qualified Learning Disability Nurse, RNLD, currently working as a behaviour nurse. I have over 30 years’ experience of working in care especially within learning disabilities and autism. I set up Spire Inclusion in May 2024 for young people who have or are leaving school/college, aged 18 and over with a learning disability and/or autism and ADHD.
Julie Ann barker
Senior Support Worker
I’m originally from Runcorn in Cheshire but have lived in Salisbury for over 17 years. I’ve worked with people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health for over 13 years and I love it, the reason being is that I love making a difference to peoples lives, and if I’ve made a person happy then I’m happy too. I’m a Manchester United supporter, and I’m also a massive fan of Daniel Craig. One thing that people don’t know about me is that once I attended a party not knowing that Gary Barlow was in the next room and Take That are my favourite band.
